Roots and Rivers

Walking with local guides along rivers and forests, to understand how land, water and people depend on each other.

Roots and Rivers is about the quiet relationships that hold a landscape together: the river and the forest, the farmer and the season, the guide who knows every boulder on the riverbed.

On the most recent edition we walked with local guides through forest and along the riverbed, and listened to the people whose lives are rooted in these places.
